Welcome to the Mitchell Public Water District. We have been providing water to the Mitchell and surrounding areas since 1962. Our water district serves approximately 5200 customers. The water district pruchases its water from Illinois American Water Company and resells it to our customers. The Mitchell Public Water District and American Water Company goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality of service.
